Before joining the team, Ezra built a career as diverse as they come — traveling construction and gold drilling as a young man, a decade in auto sales, and over 20 years as a personal trainer. He’s also a lifelong athlete: football, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, with multiple State of Montana heavyweight records to his name.

A family man at heart, Ezra is a proud father of two and grandfather of two. Around the office, he brings the same quiet intensity to document audits that earned him those state records — a peaceful warrior who gets the details right the first time.
