Shelby is a Montana native, Carroll College graduate, and the founder of Shelby and Sons Title Company. After years working for larger LLC formation companies in Montana, she saw an opportunity to do things differently — with better service, more transparency, and a personal touch. She launched Shelby and Sons to build the kind of company she’d want to work with: one where clients are treated like people, not ticket numbers.

Under her leadership, the company has grown to serve over 1,000 Montana LLCs as a Certified Commercial Registered Agent with the Montana Secretary of State. Shelby and Sons is licensed by the City of Helena, accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and listed with Dun & Bradstreet.

When she’s not at the office, Shelby is a married mother of seven — five sons and two daughters — who keep her busy skiing and mountain biking through Montana’s landscapes. She’s also an accomplished bodybuilding competitor and a devoted cat mom to Bagheera. She loves the snow but can’t stand the cold — a true Montanan’s love-hate relationship with winter.
